© Annunciation Catholic School 2011-2012 Annunciation School Parent Association ASPA The Annunciation School Parent Association (ASPA) is made up of the faculty and parent body of Annunciation Catholic School.  The objective of ASPA is to coordinate spiritual and educational interactions through well-planned programs for welfare of the school, parents, faculty, and students.  ASPA works in support of Annunciation Catholic School and Catholic education.  ASPA’s projects each year are determined by the educational needs of Annunciation Catholic School.  The projects each year are approved by the pastor based upon the recommendation of the principal.  ASPA General Meetings are held four times per year.  The Executive Board consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.  Committee Chairs and Event Coordinators are necessary for the successful implementation of programs.  For the 2011-2012 school year, ASPA is asking for volunteers for the following committees:  Room Parent, Hospitality, Volunteer, Spirit, Faith Enrichment, Publicity, and Cultural Arts.  We are also asking people to consider volunteering to serve as Event Coordinators and committee members for the planned activities, including the Yankee Candle Fundraiser, the Walk-A-Thon, Havelock Chili Fest, Trick-or-Trunk, Scroogefest, Breakfast With Santa, Catholic Schools Week, Teacher Appreciation Week, Spaghetti Dinners, Lenten Fish Fry, School Store, Resale Shop, and countless other opportunities.  Please contact Teresa Rodney, ASPA President, to volunteer to help.  You may reach Teresa at ASPA@annunciationcatholicnc.org.
